专利说明:
The invention relates to a training device for motorcyclists with a roller assembly for receiving a rear wheel and a bracket for supporting a front wheel of a motorcycle. A large number of motorcyclists are interested in learning the so-called wheelie, in which the front wheel of a motorcycle is first lifted off the ground by strong acceleration and shifting of weight, and subsequently driven solely on the rear wheel. Learning the wheelie is difficult and usually associated with falls and injuries, since before reaching a state of equilibrium first in a highly dynamic process, the lifting of the front wheel must be effected. With powerful motorcycles and rough road lifting can be effected mainly by maximum power demand. A high center of gravity is also an advantage. In general, however, erection must be accomplished by rapid engagement and weight shifting, i. Marking on the handlebars are supported. If these measures carried out in too small an extent, the front wheel lifts at best short-term, but without reaching the state of equilibrium, in which the further ride on the rear wheel is possible. However, if the measures are exaggerated, a fall is inevitable. Very difficult is the transition from the jerky setting up to the actual wheelie in a largely constant position. An additional complication is given by the fact that regardless of the movement about the transverse axis also the tilting of the motorcycle must be prevented around the longitudinal axis. From US 8,408,911 B a device is known, which aims to train a wheelie, without having to accept the risks presented above. Here, a motorcycle is placed with the rear wheel on a roller assembly and the front wheel is guided over a linkage along a backdrop. In addition, measures for lateral support are proposed. With this device, it is possible to reduce the dangers resulting from mistakes of the untrained driver. A disadvantage of this device, however, is that the learning of the wheelie itself is not much easier because the driver still has to find the transition from the raising movement in the state of equilibrium itself. As a disadvantage, the relatively rigid support of the front wheel has been found that is so far practice, as the steering movement of the Front wheel is easily possible during the actual execution of a wheelie and is largely insignificant for driving. As a result, relatively long training times or practice times are required, and many drivers consider the situation on the exercise device to be significantly different from the real situation on the road. Object of the present invention is to avoid these disadvantages and to develop a device of the type described above so that a largely safe way of learning wheelies is given but at the same time a continuous increase in the difficulty of the exercises depending on the increasing knowledge of the driver possible is. The handling of the motorcycle on the device should largely correspond to that in ferry mode on the road. According to the invention, these objects are achieved in that the holder has a variable in height support position and starting from this support position a variable space for lifting the front wheel. An essential advantage of the present invention is that it is easily possible to adapt the degree of difficulty of the exercises to be performed on the device to the knowledge and skills of the respective driver. For the inexperienced driver, one will start from a largely offered position of the front wheel, ie a high support position, so that the driver requires only a relatively small amount of intervention in order to get into the only slightly distant equilibrium position. Due to this small distance, only a small clearance is necessary, which increases security accordingly. Theoretically, you can bring the driver by raising the front wheel directly in the equilibrium position so that it can initially learn only driving on the rear wheel. With increasing skill of the driver then the support position can be gradually lowered, so that the driver requires greater intervention on accelerator pedal, clutch and / or a greater weight shift to achieve the equilibrium position. It is also important in this context that even when carrying out the simplified exercises, the lateral balance must always be maintained by the driver, so that, apart from the conscious simplification, there are very realistic states. The rider can do the exercises with his own motorcycle, which he is used to, so that the later transition to the real ferry operation does not cause much difficulty. In particular, the invention also relates to a training apparatus in which it is provided that the roller arrangement has at least one braked roller. The braking of the roller not only allows a realistic as possible driving feel, but is also an important condition for the driver can build a corresponding moment about the transverse axis to set up the motorcycle. Preferably, a control device is provided which specifies the resistance of the braked roller in such a way that it corresponds to the driving resistance and resulting from the acceleration forces of the motorcycle in real operation. At the control device, the mass and the center of gravity of the motorcycle concerned can be adjusted in order to achieve a substantial correspondence with the reality. Particularly preferably, the roller assembly has at least two rollers, which have a cylindrical portion on which the rear wheel of the motorcycle can roll freely movable parallel to its axis. This allows the driver to practice in a realistic manner maintaining the lateral balance. A meaningful limitation of lateral deflection movements is achieved in that the rollers of the roller assembly laterally on both sides of the cylindrical portion have conical portions with outwardly enlarging diameter and that the conical portions preferably have helical structures to guide the rear wheel of the motorcycle to the center of the rollers , The lateral movement of the rear wheel is therefore not limited by a stop, but by a progressively increasing force, which returns the rear wheel to the cylindrical portion. A further increase in operational safety can be achieved in that the roller assembly in addition to at least one braked roller has an unrestrained safety role, which is movable between a normal position and a safety position, wherein in the safety position, the connection of the rear wheel of the motorcycle is interrupted with the braked roller. For example, if the driver unintentionally suddenly releases excessive power that would result in a dangerous and otherwise unmanageable situation due to the inertia of the system and the naturally limited control speeds, the rear wheel can be placed in an idling position, in which by the drive torque of the rear wheel of the motorcycle no amplification of the erection movement is possible. In a particularly preferred manner, the free space for the front wheel of the motorcycle is formed by a variable-length belt arrangement. This means that when tightened belt the front wheel is fixed in the support position, whereby a starting position for the start of an exercise or a fallback position for neutralizing dangerous driving conditions is given. The actual exercise is completed in a position in which the belt assembly allows a predetermined distance of the front wheel from the support position. Normally, this distance will be so great that at least the equilibrium position can be reached. There should also be a tolerance for a reasonable overshoot. However, it is also possible for the first exercises by inexperienced drivers to set the free space smaller, to allow only slight movements of the motorcycle. A substantial adaptation to the reality is achieved in that the holder for supporting a front wheel preferably allows a free operation of the handlebar. Optionally, an increase in safety can be achieved by providing an adjustable lateral support for the motorcycle or its driver. Alternatively or additionally, a safety suspension for the driver may be provided. The present invention also relates to a method for training motorcyclists, in which a driver on an unchanged motorcycle with the Rear wheel moves freely on a roller device in the lateral direction, wherein the front wheel is selectively brought into a raised support position and the driver of the motorcycle can reach an equilibrium position starting from this support position in which he rides exclusively on the rear wheel with further raised front wheel. Preferably, a clearance for further lifting the front wheel is provided, which enables the reaching of the equilibrium position. In a particularly preferred manner, the inventive method is carried out so that when a dangerous situation, the front wheel is returned by restricting the free space in the support position. It is preferred that the roller assembly is hydraulically braked. This allows further degrees of freedom in the regulation of the braking. In particular, the degree of difficulty of the exercises during the training is increased by the fact that the support position starting from a high, i. strongly raised position in the region of the equilibrium position is increasingly lowered. The transition from the dynamic process of tearing into the equilibrium position is inherently more difficult the farther down the pivotal movement starts and the easier the closer the initial position is already to the equilibrium position. Moreover, the lower the exercise, the greater the freed space provided. As a result, the present invention will be explained in more detail with reference to the embodiment variants shown in the figures. 1 shows a training device according to the invention in a view from the front; Fig. 2 is a side view of the device of Fig. 1; Fig. 3 is an axonometric view of this device; and FIG. 4 shows a detail in a front view. The training device consists of a roller assembly 1 and a holder 2, which are mounted on a base frame 3. The training device is adapted to receive a motorcycle 4, which is steered by a driver 5. In this case, the rear wheel 6 of the motorcycle 4 rolls on the roller assembly 1 and is braked by this. The front wheel 7 of the motorcycle 4 is mounted on the bracket 2. The bracket 2 is pivotally mounted about the axis 8 of the rear wheel 6 and can be brought from a normal position shown in Fig. 2 with broken lines, which corresponds to a normal ferry operation of the motorcycle 4, in a raised position, which is shown by solid lines , The front wheel 7 of the motorcycle 4 is fixed by at least one belt 10 on the bracket 2, which is part of a belt assembly 11. The belt assembly 11 is constructed so that an adjustable depending on the operating condition clearance for the front wheel 7 of the motorcycle 4 is given, which makes it possible to raise the front wheel 7 of the holder 2. In any case, a free pivoting movement of the handlebar 12 of the motorcycle 4 is made possible by the belt assembly 11. If the driver tears the motorcycle in the course of the exercises, in order to come to the equilibrium position, then the belts 10 roll off substantially resistance and allow lifting of the front wheel 7 of the holder 2. If the driver 5 an unduly large Aufstellbewegung beyond the equilibrium position Performing that would lead to a fall, the end of the free space is reached and the straps 10 release no length, so that the motorcycle 4 is held in this limit position until the driver 5 takes a corresponding action to the front wheel 7 of Lower motorcycle 4 again. The belt assembly is also equipped with an active return device that retracts the belt 10 in dangerous situations by motor, so that even without the cooperation of the driver 5 a return of the front wheel 7 can be achieved on the holder 2, so as to achieve a secure position. The rear wheel 6 of the motorcycle 4 can run freely on two rollers 9 of the roller assembly 1, as on a chassis dynamometer, allowing lateral movement. The rollers 9 in this case have a central cylindrical section 12, to which laterally connect two conical sections 13a, 13b. End plates 14 close off the rollers 9 to the outside. On the conical portions 13a, 13b there are provided helical structures 15 in the form of projections or grooves, which have the task of making the rear wheel 6 of the motorcycle 4 centered, i. the cylindrical portion 12, to lead out. The direction of rotation of the roller 9 is indicated by arrow 16. As such, it is sufficient to carry out only one of the two rollers 9 in the manner described above with the two conical sections 13a, 13b, but preferably both rollers 9 are designed in this way. The rollers 9 are braked hydraulically, wherein the respective braking torque is determined by a control device, not shown, so that the most lifelike driving situation is given. The braking torque is increased with the speed to map the increasing running resistance, and the mass of the motorcycle 4 together with the driver 5 is simulated in accordance with the inertia during acceleration. Before and behind the rollers 9 of the roller assembly 1 safety rollers 17 are provided which do not or only slightly touch the rear wheel 6 of the motorcycle 4 in normal operation. When a dangerous situation occurs, these safety rollers 17 can be lifted very quickly, as a result of which the rear wheel 6 of the motorcycle 4 can be decoupled immediately from the braked rollers 9. As a result, it is no longer possible to generate a set-up torque via the rear wheel 6 of the motorcycle 4. The safety of the driver 5 can be increased by a safety suspension 18a, 18b, 19 consisting of a vertical support 18a, a cantilever beam 18b and a belt arrangement 19. The belt assembly 19 is so loose that a normal operation is possible without hindrance. In the event of a fall, the driver 5 is absorbed by straps and can not be injured by the motorcycle 4 or the Rollenenordnung 2. The present invention makes it possible to learn difficult maneuvers, such as wheelies, safely through exercises and gradually increasing difficulty on their own motorcycle.
